Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Thank you for shopping with Honor Roll Uniforms. Because all of our uniforms are custom embroidered to order specifically for DeKalb PATH Academy, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Each item is personalized with the school's embroidered logo at the time of production, which means we cannot resell or restock returned items. For this reason, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Exception: Incorrect Items

The only exception to our all-sales-final policy is if you receive an incorrect item. If the item inside your package does not match what you ordered, we will exchange it at no cost to you.

To request an exchange for an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the incorrect item received
• A description of what you ordered vs. what you received

Please email us at blair@honorrollshop.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review our size chart before placing an order. Our size guide includes detailed measurements for:

• Short Sleeve Polo Shirts (Youth 4–20 & Adult M–XXL)
• Boys' & Girls' Twill Pants (Youth 4–20 & Husky 8H–18H)
• Girls' Skirts (Youth 4–20)

When in doubt, we recommend sizing up. Youth pants include an adjustable elastic waistband, and polo shirts are designed with growth room built in.
